Wonderful access to attractions and great dining options nearby

During our stay, we were thrilled to find that we were just a short stroll from Old Town Kissimmee, with its charming shops and restaurants, plus exciting attractions like Fun Spot America and the Mortem Manor Haunted Attraction, all within a kilometer of the hotel. The spacious suite was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the nice pool area with a well-maintained courtyard patio where we had breakfast each morning. Although the property could benefit from some updates, the friendly staff and variety offered at breakfast made our stay enjoyable.

Fairly clean place with friendly professional and customer-oriented staff and incredibly beautiful view of old Town. Had a nice size and well-equipped room and an outstanding stay on vacation. Warm continental breakfast with good meals...

The friendly staff made a great first impression, but the room was disappointing; Loved the pool area, especially the atmosphere at the bar, though it was closed during our stay. Breakfast had variety, but some options were lacking and the coffee creamer was a letdown. The location was convenient, just steps away from attractions and shops. the amenities were solid, but the room’s condition overshadowed the positives. It could have been much better.

The hotel was fairly large with a marvellous location very close to of cause a goodnight sleep and the theme parks and stores, restaurants, fun spots and attractions. Helpful and pleasant staff with great local knowledge. Plenty of great food for meals. Very good stay on vacation.

The chair heights at the counter table were ridiculous—totally uncomfortable for eating. Plus, the walls needed a serious paint job, and the doors wouldn't shut properly. It felt like everything was worn out and in desperate need of maintenance.

The staff was helpful all the time. We were moved to a family room with a kitchen, 2 double beds and a fridge.

I would recommend because I loved it and didn't want to leave. Had great stay on vacation, the staff were polite, location was awesome and close to everything.

We had to change the room because it didn't have a microwave or dishwasher, then for two days they didn't clean the new room and shower let out all the water so we had to use the towels to dry, besides the attention of the red hair receptionist was not the best

The staff here always focused on our needs and were quick to respond, the room was fantastic with a lovely view of the pool, and it was great to have Netflix, a flat-screen TV, and a lounge available.
